Done it...!

Today I completed week 9 run 3. Yippee!

Felt a bit of performance anxiety when I started - what if I messed this one up?! Then frozen rain started falling. Great. But I made it through. The last few weeks seem to have gone very quickly - can't believe I'm here!

As per the Oscars, I would like to thank everyone who helped me on this journey:

1) NHS for publishing such a useful, well-designed, motivating (even to slobs like me) and FREE programme.

2) Lidl for cheap earphones, Sports Direct for reasonably-priced trainers, and of course Debenhams' sports bras, without whose support I could do nothing...

3) YOU! You wonderful community, thank you for all your support and encouragement!!

Bless you darlings, I shall now flounce off to a well-needed bath.
