Having not run since Saturday, as my legs were a bit achy, I set off with the intention of just running, taking it easy. Well I started off well and settled into a good rhythm, I was just flying along, and when I realised that I'd covered the first 4k in a good time I upped my pace and managed a PB of 5K in 29:46.
Now can I repeat this at Parkrun on Saturday!

Can I just say I do know what I'm getting with the box of chocs as I cheat and look at the crib sheet (though it then takes me ages to make up my mind whether to have a nutty or caramelly one, maybe I should just plunge in!).
