COmpleted R3 of Week 3 on Monday but caught pain in left calf muscle. Decided to revisit W3 R3 one more time in teh hope this gives left leg chance to recover. Having looked at what W4 entails I think this is wise as there seems to be a fairly big step up. Will soon know if left leg needs time out and pain has a natural way of advising the brain if something is not happy..! :)

Wise decision not to push on with calf pain. Hope it behaves itself so you can move on to the next challenge! :)
