TODAY IS A NEW DAY - thats what i am telling myself after 2 weeks of not running - i am going to move onto B210K - week 3 - after i go pick up the girls from school - i am going to push myself on !!!! the half stone i lost - i have put back on again - is not good and i can feel it too which is never a good thing !!!!!
