Welcome and really well done.
Keep it slow and steady and just follow the programme carefully. Make sure you take your rest days, between the runs, and more if you feel you need them. Do not be tempted to push too hard, and put in some non -impact exercise into the rest days too.
May folk did strength and flex, bu,t walking, cycling or swimming, yoga or Pilates... all helping to build up stamina and strength
