Hi everyone, I am doing the bridge to 10k programme and have just finished Week 2. I managed to do 8.5k in the time. Is this a good distance , i have no idea??

Looking at your previous posts, you said you'd not run for a good while at the start of Feb, and now you're up to 8.5K - that seems a really rapid increase.
As I understand it, bridge to 10k is a 6 week programme to go from 5k to 10k - so it looks as though you've got to about week 5 equivalent already!
Not wanting to be a wet blanket, but I'd suggest you consider easing off a bit to avoid the risk of injury. Apparently this (a few months after starting to run) is a very common point for people to suddenly over-train and end up injured. Maybe you're just very fast (lucky you!), but if your target is 10k, there's no rush to get there if your race isn't for quite a while yet. And it would be a pity to not be able to enter!
The '10% rule' (which isn't really a rule) might help - a bit of discussion here:

But you are clearly a much more advanced runner than me.
seems like your ahead of yourself at week 2. But as greenlegs says don't over do it.
Try to run just for fun too at least once a week as the B210K can be intense.
I use B210K occasionally but find it very tough. There is no way I would reach that distance when I was on week 2, so your speedy.
