I'm back!!!!!

Hibernation over!!! It's been a month since I donned my lovely running shoes due to illness, awful weather and a bit of laziness, but I'm back!

I was even sensible and just did 5 mins running at a time with intervals, in the hope that getting back up to 5k will be easier if I go in stages again, then I just need the weather to stay half decent so that I can carry on :-)

Good luck to all the new starters, half-wayers and graduates!!

That sounds like a very sensible way back in. Won't be long till you're back running miles! :)

Now, what's this about needing decent weather? ;)

When I say decent I mean no horizontal rain, gale force winds, snow and ice! I can cope with a little bit of drizzle :-)
