Hi Sndkk - i have done the C25k programme and unfortunately did not take measurements when I started but saw a big difference in my legs and waist by the time I finished. I am still going through the 12 week weight loss programme and am once again finding that even though my weightloss seem to have got stuck my inch loss has really sped up. As I was on a diet before I started the 12 week weight loss programme I suspect that I am just at one of those stages where inch loss continues but the weightloss is a bit behind. I have to say I find both programmes realistic and do-able and would certainly recommend them to anybody wanting to start

I haven't been doing any specific weight loss programme (would be interested to hear about this 12 week one though). I've just been trying to be a bit more careful about what I eat and doing C25K.

In the first half of the programme I lost about 12lbs but then the needle on the scales got stuck!! However, I have lost at between 2 and 3 inches all over - I'm due to measure myself again next week (try to only do it once a month or it becomes a bit obsessive) and judging by the feel of my clothes I think there will be some more inches that have gone MIA :-)

I'm starting the c25k plan today and would be interested in starting a diet plan to go along with it - would anyone mind linking me to the 12 week weight loss plan so I can take a look?

Thank you! :)

I don't think anyone will have finished the NHS 12 week programme as it started too recently.
