I thought I would be able to keep up with this blogging thing but I've not had internet access for a while. I'm pleased to say though, that I am still going strong and have just completed week 5 of the plan. I have also stopped stopping whenever I see other people which is one of the main things that always made me feel disappointed with myself and like I had cheated. Today, I saw 4 people but I just gave them a friendly nod and carried on running. I am very proud of myself today and hope everyone else is doing well, whatever stage of the program you are all up to.

I have also found a regular 5k run near me so will be going along to that in the next couple of weeks.

Very well done and congratulations! Great stuff getting over the barrier of other people seeing you. You are a runner! Go for it and enjoy the journey! Gayle

Hey well done, I'm still running on my treadmill. One day I shall join you!

Well not literally, but you know what I mean.

All the best
