Audiofuel on Spotify

Morning all - this is not really a question but just a heads up to anyone who uses spotify that there are some audiofuel packs on there:

3 step intervals coached by Martin Yelling (43 mins)

Power up 2012 pyramid interval training (20mins)

Adrenaline junkie 2 (44mins)

Sennheiser Thru the gears (15mins)

Used the search function: "audiofuel" and they will show up

You need to subscribe to the premium service to be able to use on your phone or whatever but can listen on your laptop using the free service.

All the tracks are available individually so you could mix and match too to make your own playlist to suit.

May have a go at the pyramid interval one this afternoon - ha ha wish me luck!
