Went better with daughters trainers although there too big. Still got burning pain but bearable. Don't know what it will be like when I run for longer. Might have found a remedy by then fingers crossed. Hope everyone is ok . Take care while your out in the current snowy/ Icey weather.x

Should you be running in pain? Perhaps you should have it checked out?

Hope it's resolved soon for you.

It only starts to burn after abot 20 minutes. I've had a look on the web and it might be because I've got an under active thyroid. And I'm over 40. But I've also spotted gel pads for under the pad and I've already got some of them . So going to give them a go and see what happens . If no better will go the Doctors he might be able to give me insoles or send me to see someone. .fingers crossed.x

sounds like a visit to the drs might be a good idea - burning pain really doesn't sound right! Don't end up hurting yourself so you can't run at all!

Good luck in finding a solution.

Please take care though!
