Download podcast to android mobile?

Is it possible to download the podcasts for c25k without using itunes? I've got a Samsung galaxy sII & a non apple mp3 player. How do I go about getting podcasts to either of these please??

I found it quite difficult to load them to my S3 but got there in the end, hopefully this thread will be useful to you.

Easy peasy to put them on your mp3 player.

Download the individual podcasts to your computer, unzip the files and copy to the podcast folder in the mp3 player (or to music folder if you prefer). I just transferred them from my pc to my mp3 player one week at a time; that way I remembered to connect my mp3 player at least once a week to charge it and it saved it getting muddled with different podcasts!

Download onecast via google play :- (play.google.com) can be done direct to andriod phone. then search nhs couch and you should find it.

But downloaded a similar app to my phone & am now on W3 of C25K
