2nd parkrun today and managed a good time of 23:28.

Only ran once this week before the parkrun as I was getting a little twinge in my shins, not whilst running but when walking to work!

May well ease back a little and get more time on the bike, but feel a real compulsion to start getting more distance in.

Ah well I can hear all my bike friends saying, that's running waht do you expect!

Hi Walney, thats a great time for 5K. I did a Parkrun today but it took me 32.40. However i am only on W5 and it was almost 2 mins faster than last week, Not bad i suppose. Ed

High Ed, think you are getting more distance in than me though, I find Parkruns a good motivation and allow me to measure my progress.
