Week two, first run.

Managed to get through this reasonably well and as I was in the gym I did a few weights too, I think I am going to ache tomorrow.

I need to look out for my heart rate for health reasons. I was pleased to see that although it went ridiculously high considering that I was only jogging slowly, at the end it must have been less surprised and had reduced considerably even though I was moving at the same (slow) rate. It amazes me how quickly my body is adjusting to this shock!

There's hope for me yet. Even my husband, a cyclist, seems impressed.
