YES! I went from not completing a few steps of my 1 minute runs to graduating and now being able to run 45 minutes. All of this in under 5 months! This program makes every step an achievable goal. You can do it! Well done making it to week 4!!!! Gayle

Brilliant, well done I did W4R1 yesterday and found it much easier than I thought (although still a bit stiff!). I really enjoyed it and felt so good that I'd managed to run for 5 whole minutes without thinking I was going to die. I'm starting to think that I'll actually be able to do that scary-looking 20 min run in week 5 now. You are so right about the confidence-boosting.
