Aaaaw, my eleven year old asked me to

wake him up this morning so he could go running with me! So, at 7.30 we set off together. I may have made him go a bit too far for a bit too long but it was a lovely way to start Boxing Day - just me and my beautiful boy. Happy days!

Lovely !

My 15 year old pulled a face when I told him that he could come with me when Parkrun comes to Telford in February. I'm still hoping to make him have a go :-)
