Wk 2 run 1 went really well, despite heavy rain and a long ankle-deep puddle. I quite enjoyed the puddle, to be honest.

So now I can run for 90 seconds, and still feel not too bad at the end. I'm going to try to be less focused on pace (maybe I lie), but to try and build up my stamina a bit, I kept on walking at the end of the podcast, and did a total of 5.6 km (3 1/2 miles) - I've done quite a bit of walking recently anyway, so it wasn't pushing myself, just keeping things going. Took me an hour.
