What a fabulous feeling having completed my final run of the program, and a big thank you to all you guys.

So I wrote my first and only blog post back in October when I first decided to undertake the C25K. I'm pleased to say that my commitment to the program has been much better than my commitment to writing posts. I ran my final run of week 9 today and have loved every minute of it (although some points have been tough). I'm now running the 5k in under 30 minutes and am really very proud. I wanted to post a big thank you to everyone who has contributed to this forum over the past weeks, you really have served as an inspiration to me to get up and get out there.

To anyone thinking about undertaking the C25K all I can say is that if you put in the commitment then the rewards are significant, I can honestly say I've not felt this good since I was in my teens (I'm now 36, 5ft 9 and 164lbs). Anyone can do it, especially with the support of the guys and girls here, so lace up your shoes and get pounding the pavement.

Thanks again and have a very merry Christmas!!!

Brilliant. I'm so impressed with your time. I can do over 30 mins but don't get near 5K.
