Well done Rosiegems - sometimes I wish I could go back and just enjoy those early runs knowing what I know now which is basically that you CAN do it and it isn't impossible. This forum is full of so many people who have started out really not thinking they'd manage.
The truth is... and no-one tells you this BUT it's addictive... If you haven't already, you'll find yourself itching to get to the day when you can run rather than enjoying the days off :-)!!!

Wow thats commitment to the programme Rosie - running at 6.10am!!! I would love to be able to run in the morning but my commute to work just doesnt give me the time, even if I was out as early as you!!
I think "quiet happy" must be an understatement - you are now on week 3 girlie so be very happy! Keep going and all the best for your next run.
