W2R3 done!

Hi everyone, thought I’d introduce myself.

I’ve just completed my 2nd week and feel amazing! The difference between W1R1 and today seems like it’s worlds apart.

I’ve signed myself up for a 5k mid-October and already feel confident that I can do it.

I live in London but am a Yorkshire girl by birth and heart! Feel free to say hello!

Welcome! It's amazing how quickly you get stronger doing this programme. Good luck, and hopefully you’ll be in great shape for your 5k 🏃‍♀️😀👍

Hello, or eh up... not sure how naturalised you are to London.

I found week two easier than one as well. You’re doing great... soon be ready for that 5k.

well done! I did my w2R1 this morning and yes I could feel the difference. You are spot on !

Just a question tho, how come you will finish your c25k in mid october if u have already done W2R3. I did my W2R1 today and my target day is first week of october. I run tuesday, thursaday and Saturday.

Thanks!! My week 9 is the week of 24 September but I’m away two long weekends in Sept so given myself either some space to need to do alternative runs or assuming I finish on time, I’ll have a week and a half doing of runs before I’ve got a 5k I’m signed up to
