A confession, no running tonight

Ok during the program I religiously picked the days I was going to run and went out come what may However tonight, I decided to stay in as the weathers awful.

Just thought I'd post in case any one else was having doubts and this helped you feel you weren't the only one. Till tomorrow Allie

I don't blame you alliec! Today is my rest day - but if it wasn't I'd either go to the gym and use the treadmill for the first time or give it a miss.

There's not point in forcing yourself to run against the elements when the weather is sooo bad.

Thanks, Allie - I bottled it; got out of the car and nearly got blown away (as well as a bucket of rain pouring over my head instantly)! Wow - I don't remember winds this strong for years.

It's proper horrible here now (Dorset) well windy and horrizontal winds, glad i'm in the dry although have just scoffed two slices of homemade flapjack
