Woke up this morning with the intension of doing my W7R3 before breakfast, but felt dehydrated and not keen on the idea of running in the traffic! So decided to postpone run until late morning (as I'm working from home). Contrary to the weather forecast, it's started raining - so I'm debating whether to wait until the rain clears (mid afternoon) or face in to it and run in the rain. I've heard so many people say that they never start a run if it's raining, and others talk of the joys of running in the rain!

Cheers - i know what you mean about telling people forces you to do it. i did go out in the rain and will probably post something about the encounter. Good luck for tomorrow - just think w8 is just around the corner!
