Finished the course but not yet running 5K in 30 minutes. Next goal is to run the full 5K.

Congratulations - you made it through the programme! :-) I didn't manage 5K in 30 in W9 either, I think most people don't. Time now to work on speed!

Put a suitable bottle into the fridge, and let us know how you're doing post-grad! :-)

Suitable bottle will be in the fridge tonight. Completed first park run today which was the goal for me. Woohoo!

Great news, eemasue! Make sure you apply for the shiny green badge! As Mitts says, your next goal may be to get your time down. Have a look at the 5k+ podcasts. They've helped me get my time down (34min for 5k) so they do seem to work. Best wishes.

Congratulations - doesn't it feel awesome to have succeeded? 5K+ podcasts now for you and me both.

Congratulations, Eemasue!!! What a wonderful achievement you now have under your belt!! I have to second what Mitts said earlier, many of us were short of the full 5K distance at graduation, but YOU GRADUATED!!

No worries, you will be able to make the full distance before you know it. Until then, enjoy your accomplishment and shine that wonderful new "Graduate" badge!!

Congratulations and Keep Running!! :-)

Congrats Eemasue! Well done. I am due to complete W9R2 today and my distance in the last run was 4.3 km and have been wondering about how to speed u so the comments above are encouraging and helpful. Thanks!
