Tae Kwon Do Tournament Today! NERVOUS!

Wish me luck. I'm competing in a TKD tournament today. It's being hosted by my school, and I'm thankful that I don't have to drive very far to get there. I started taking lessons about 5 months ago, and I absolutely love it. One of the reasons I decided to start running was to build up my endurance, strengthen my legs, and drop a few pounds. Lucky for me, I've found that I enjoy the running in and of itself.

Are there any other martial arts enthusiasts here? What other sports do y'all like to do?

  • Good luck!! As you can tell by my username, I LOVE taekwon-do and started running to help with general stamina and leg strength.
