Having made it to Week 7, I am clearly getting fitter, but I had expected to loose a little weight along the way too moving from no exercise to 3 x 30 mins per week. Why might this be?

I'm doing all this extra exercise and don't believe I'm eating differently, So why am I not loosing weight?
Perhaps you have gained a lot of muscle mass. So although the scales are showing no difference, your measurements will hopefully have decreased. Are your clothes feeling any looser?
First of all welcome to this community Treborstone and very well done for getting this far.
You will lose weight, believe me. It's weird but you will get to a point where you will see that your body looks toned and you will have built up more muscle in place of the fat. At least that's what happened to me, and I'm 10 years older than you

I'm no help with advice of my own I'm afraid, but if you use the search box at the top right of the page and type in "weight loss", "losing weight" or similar, it'll bring up loads of useful blogs and questions where people have posted about this before.
