Week 5 done and dusted

Did run 3 of week 5 on the treadmill at the gym and despite my left calf aching during the first five minutes of the twenty minute run i did not stop and probably could have gone on longer. A few weeks ago I wouldnt have dreamt that I could run for 20 minutes without stopping.

Only problem I have is timing the treadmill in with laura so her five minute cool down coincides with the 5 minute cool down on the treadmill. May ditch laura after week 6 for my own music although will miss her telling me I am halfway through.

Can you put the treadmill on manual or is the run pre-programmed in?

W5R3 is a huge hurdle (mental as well as physical), well one for completing it!

Yes you can either put the treadmill on manual or input the number of the programme followed by your weight, age and time required then press speed up to start.
