gdeann (Gayle) ROCKED her first 5K!!!!!

I am SUPER PROUD of my lovely wife!! Last night we completed our first organized 5K run. This was the very first time that she attempted a full 5K. She ran every stride of the way and didn't slow to a walk at anytime!! This was her longest run, both time and distance-wise of her life!! I Love You, Sweetheart!! YOU ARE A RUNNER!!
