so, today i was making my way across town from office to lecture, when I decided that as I was up and about, i'd make use of the time to do brisk walk and practice my breathing.

across town I went, in my suit, flat shoes and work bag slung across shoulder doing the breathe in 1, 2, 3 breathe out 1,2,3 for about five minutes when I suddenly had the urge to break in to my run!!!!!!!!!!

Good God, am i mad!! have I been brainwashed!

Enjoy it...it only gets worse!! You will soon find yourself analyzing every walker and runner's stride, speed and form!! You will find that every where you go you will size up the terrain for possible future runs...too many hills, too many dogs, perfect scenery. It is somewhere between an addiction and a cult...welcome aboard!!! ;-)

Keep Running

Sue - I think my breathing goes haywire when I start running because I panic? Ive begun to find (in my only two runs so far of course) that Im panicing trying to get enough air in and have strained the side of my neck doing so! Plonker!

Hey ho! Keep running ..... and breathing ..... :-)
