Finally back on track!

I haven't run for a couple of weeks now and today finally felt well enough to pick up where I left off. Ok, so I didn't go out on the road, but I got on the treadmill at the gym and ran Week 7, run 3 [25 mins] and even upped my speed at the end. I'm not breaking any records, but when I think where I was a few months ago, and where I am now, there is no comparison!

Am so glad I did this and am feeling so much better! Getting ready to move onto Week 8 - not long til graduation!
