And I ran for 5mins! OMG! I must admit after going on about how I thought W3 was easy this was tough. Particularly the last two mins of the 5 mins runs, I felt like I wasn't actually travelling anywhere. The only time I paused briefly was to cross the road which I think is allowed! Also, I seem to have mastered the breathing until I start thinking about my breathing and then it all goes to pot. I forgot to track my distance today and I felt like I didn't travel as far as I did in previous weeks - but it's probably cos my runs were quiet slow. Also my recovery walks were very leisurely today!

Well done runningnewbie. I remember finding week 4 horrible and that was because I tried to run the 5 minutes in the pace I was running the 3 minutes for week 3. Took me until the end of the week but I sorted the pace out. I remember W4R1 and the last 5 minutes I was being overtaken by dog walkers I was that out of breath! Sounds like you did a lot better than I did! Enjoy the rest of the week

But you did it! Well done you. Personally I think W4 is the pits.

Well done! I am the same with breathing- it's all ok until I think about it!
On week 6 and I found week 4 the hardest overall so far.
