First run after graduation

Just been out this morning and decided to use my own playlist. Must have chosen pretty well because my pace was virtually the same as previous runs - i.e. slow - and covered roughly the same distance. What was strange was I got a stitch just before the end. I'd never had that before. I still haven't reached 5k yet but think I will do a couple more of my own runs before moving on to C25K+. I'm off to Ireland for a few days on Thursday so suspect there may be a little alcohol involved! I'm hoping to get at least one run while I'm there to make sure I don't lose momentum bu we'll see .....
