Starting to feeling like a runner

Done week 6 run 2 today and for the first time i did actually feel like a proper runner. The past few weeks while running I've had my head down just listening to Laura and jogging at a nice pace so Ive felt good but didn't feel like i was running.

Today however was different, my head was high my chest puffed out and my arms and legs going like hell it felt brilliant. I felt like i could have just kept on going. During the three minute walk was the same usually I'm gulping down air and holding my sides barely walking until i can catch my breath but it didn't even take me a minute to get my breathing steady again and I walked at a brisk pace and was itching to get back to running.

Then when Laura said I could go faster if i wanted that was all I had to hear and i was off like a shot. Today felt good and I hope that this continues until I'm finished.

Hope everyone enjoys their run just as much as i enjoyed mines today.
