Well, here I am at the start of week 4 and I'm loving it. I've never been a runner before, but I had a sudden urge to get out there - I'm so glad I took Laura with me!
Week 3 was a bit of a nightmare, as it started with sore shins, a failed run and a painful walk home. Having consulted YouTube and read about other C25K people's experiences, I toe-tapped and heel-raised my way through the week and now the shins don't hurt at all. Happy days!
Really looking forward to seeing what I can achieve this week and can't wait to get myself a graduate badge and t-shirt.
