I've just completed W4R1 (can't believe I'm typing that!) and it really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I treated myself to downhill sections on the first 3 minute and 5 minute run but I'll definitely be pushing myself a little more on Wednesday morning. I was probably running slower than I have been in previous weeks but I think it's important to do that when running for longer amounts of time. Like Laura says- it's all about PACING!
