So after my blip yesterday on W6R3 I was really naughty and ran again today - and nailed the 25 mins!!! Yippee!!
I had no intention of running today but when I woke up I had no aches and pains (surprisingly) and it was a beautiful crisp and sunny morning so I just had to give it a go and prove to myself that I really could manage the 25 mins without stopping and I did! The first and last 5 mins were tough but I just kept going with my own playlist and didnt look at my watch until I got back to my gate and it was 25:36 so really pleased with that! I made a determined effort to slow down at the start and I think that helped. Only 2 more runs to really put this one to bed.....
Good luck to you all on your next run!

Marvelously done, Sue!!! I am proud of you!! You broke the 25 minute mark, but more importantly you went back and conquered that run!!! You will have this week in the books before you know it!! Keep Running!!
