I've heard people talking about a C25K App for the iphone but i can't find it anywhere, do you think they mean the podcasts?
I'm now on week4 and not so keen on the music but I don't want to go it alone without Laura telling me i'm great and when to walk! If there was an App out there it sounds an ideal companion.

My husband and I use an app. called rundouble. You can use your own music and it tracks distance/pace. The earlier weeks i would listen to Laura (podcast) and her advice during my run day then go out for the run using rundouble. The prompter on rundouble is not nearly as nice sounding as Laura!
I have a C25K app on my iPhone by Zen Labs. If you search for "C25K" in the app store you should find it. I have the free version and it works fine for me. You get all the weeks for free and have to put up with some tiny banner adverts across the bottom. You do have to set your music going either through the app or after you've started your warm up walk otherwise for some reason it stops. I don't think it's exactly the same as the podcasts but very close.
The app I used is called Get Running, you can play your music in the background but it keeps the times although you don't get the support Laura gives you. I used to use Laura for the warm up walk, switch to the app / my own music and then go back to Laura for the warm down so I could get the encouraging words !!
