After not running for a couple of weeks, I am back at university and intend to continue running every day. I did a 20 min run yesterday plus some intervals, and did a 5K run today which was good to do -- it's being logged as W8R3, as I have decided to include runs as part of this programme whenever they come close to 5K.
Planning on doing a 6.5K route tomorrow, so that'll be interesting!
