Just completed W9R1! I found it tough going but managed 4.7Km in the 30 minutes so not too unhappy. Just can't beleive how far I've come since I started - and if I can do it anyone can!

Did mine this morning and found it tough too - but mainly due to overindulging yesterday!!
Looks like we are both on course to graduate on Friday morning

I did W9R1 this morning too, it was hard going, my legs felt like lead, but I kept at it and my breathing was good, probably because I was going so slowly.
