Im so proud to be able to say I have completed C25k and have managed to run an amazing 35 mins today! A PB both in terms of time and distance - managed to break the 5k mark! Couldn't be happier - this was such a distant dream 9 weeks ago. I couldn't have done it without the podcasts and this site. Please could someone tell me how I get my graduate badge?
