Week 7 finished on a high!

Runkeeper tells me it was my farthest distance, highest elevation climb and fastest pace yet! Felt like a really good one tonight, previous two were a little mixed and harder than expected, being out of intervals. Something seemed to click on this one though and I found my stride. I also started the route on an incline, 3 weeks ago I couldn't get through it and tonight I nailed it. Can't believe there's only 2 weeks left and just amazed/delighted at how far I've come! If you're just starting out, trust me, this plan works 😃

How have people found week 8? I'm off to look at some posts...

Great run right there. Your strength will be increasing rapidly now, week 8 isn’t much different, just 3 to add... you can do it.

Thanks so much! It's been amazing to see the progress so far, in fact I can see why people sometimes describe it as addictive!

I don’t think you can tell the police that you’re a runner though to beat the roadside drug testing 😂
