I stopped and can't get started again...

I had been doing so well until I had a week away at a camp where I managed one run but had no energy to do the rest. When I got back I was exhausted and got the flu which delayed running. I then got back on the band wagon and did Week 4 run 3 again and Week 5 run 1. But I keep getting the flu and feel wretched, particularly in the mornings which is when I generally have time to run. So basically I haven't ran in a good few weeks now :( Recovering from the flu again atm so have zero motivation to go for a run, just going to work is tough enough. But I don't want to give up on this!!! Help!!

You need to rest for a couple of weeks to make sure you are completely well and over this virus. You will get there in the end, its not a race and if it takes another couple of weeks so be it. Take care and don't over do things until you are able.

Get yourself on the mend and then try again. Take care of yourself and maybe even try week 2 or 3 when you do start out again. Wishing you well! :-)
