wk1 in the bag yet again....

so once again thats week 1 in the bag

now to plan wk2 around our hectics life at the moment as we are in the middle of decoarating arghhhh

anyway today on run3 I was thinking back to when I was at middle school and our p.e teacher used to make us go cross country running down through the woods and back upto school through the village where I live. I used to quite enjoy those days and cant believe that Im actually running again. I also feel very lucky that on the route I take I have some great views to keep me going

so onwards and upwards to week 2
