I really think that the exercises that CaroleC told me about are making a difference already. My knees aren't quite as uncomfortable as they were, so I shall be keeping on with them!

Wow, I need these, stayinbed....W4r1 tonight and my knees are really sore...is this normal?

You just sit on the floor or on the bed with your legs out in front of you, imagine you have a ball or an egg under your knees, and try to squash them! hold for a count of 5 and repeat as you want. Warning though, last night, my left knee sort of clicked out of place. It had done it a few times as it didn't like the position I was sitting in. The exercise is fine but bringing my knees up after pushing them down to squash the egg is often uncomfortable and clicky!
