Does anyone else report spam?

Hey buddy, whenever I see it I report spam posts, which seem to appear overnight. What are the registration procedures here and what do the site owners do to control it?

I think they need to implement something similar to CAPCHA when you send a post or sign up. You must have seen it where you have to type letters that are warped and stretched. I assume this is some sort of bot so that should do the trick.

But sometimes I've found the CAPTCHA on some sites so difficult to decipher that it has taken my several attempts to post a comment. In some cases I've given up trying to leave a comment. It can be more of a nuisance that the spam.

Yeah I report it. In fact I reported a couple on here the other day!

Does anyone know if there any moderation on the site or a way of contacting the site owners?

I think I read on here at some point in the past that they are aware of it and that they are looking into it. I think that there was talk of an upgrade to the site. But I keep reporting them and they get removed. Annoying but at least they go. If you post on the site and get informed when you have new responses you can report them straight away and nobody else gets bothered by them.
