Well that's week 7 completed.... still struggling to find anywhere flat to run...everywhere I go it's hilly!! Inching ever closer to graduation

I'm with you on the hills situation. I live in a village surrounded by them, but if you think about it, it's such a bonus that we learn to run on hills. Just think what it will be like when you go for a race or fun run and it's flat lol

Congrats! I am just behind you in W7 and will no longer complain about the tiny inclines that in my head I call hills! I can't imagine having to deal with hills.

You will be ahead of the game, if you ever run somewhere flat you will find it so easy!
