It was only 22 mins long, but I made it the first half of a four mile run and it knocked my pace up to 6.5mph, so I'm very happy about that. The first mile and a half came in at 13.26secs. I think what I'm going to do is edit the Audiofuel download to be back to back without the 5 min cool down jog in the middle and see if I can get anywhere near that target time of sub 27mins for the 5k. I know I can do this!! (talking myself into it is more like it!)
Good strategy... Love seeing your stats... Perhaps one day I'll be faster too! Ive been so focused on distance for so long, now I can ease off and do some work on speed too. I like your Garmin stats, I'm thinking of getting one. Is the 110 good?
