Today was my first post graduate run, so thought I'd try stepping stones-, found it very hard to shorten my steps, so it wasn't a successful run, never mind gives me something to aim for!
stepping stones- what a killer!!: Today was my... - Couch to 5K

Erm - was thinking of trying stepping stoneis but maybe not yet! Don't beat yourself up about it, you got out there and ran. My first post grad run was absolute rubbish yesterday! But I don't feel as bad about it as I would've felt before graduating, at least.

I've given up with the stepping stone podcast, i think the stamina one is a much better pace for me. Love the speed one too, done it twice this week

I agree with ellerunner. The stepping stone podcast is tricky.I had 5 minutes to spare after my stamina run yesterday so turned on the stepping stone podcast to get back to my car.I found the 150bpm easier to walk than run! I am still trying to reduce my time from 34 minutes to 30.Personally I find the speed podcast has given me the best for this but so wish I didn't have to stop half way through to restart it for a 30 minute run
