Guys I'm running week 5 this week but next week I'm off on a research trip to Berlin for a week and won't be able to do any running. Should I start on week 6 when I'm back or shall I do week 5 over again? What do you all think?

I would just go for week 6. A week off doesn't really set you back.
If it doesn't work out then step back to wk5 but be positive!

Think about taking your running kit with you. You may find you miss it!

If you complete Week 5 before you go, Week 6 whenever you can.

I concur with wilmacgh - try to do some runs while you're away - it might be exciting to run in Berlin!
I did run 1 of week 5 on the beach in cornwall last week, fab! Take your gear with you and enjoy Berlin
Thanks for the replies, I think I will probably just do week 6 when I come back, the trip is very structured and there's going to be pretty much no time for running.
