Started week 1 on wednesday and enjoyed it a lot.am acually longing for tomorrow to go for run 3 and then wednesday so I can start week 2.

My partner is over the moon that I finally have started moving.

One of the hardest parts is venturing from the couch and looking at this great expanse of weeks of training ahead of you and making that commitment to it. (Well, it was for me).
