As we had to postpone the meet up scheduled for today I said I'd look at other options. I think it would be good to either to link in with a Park run or an organised event.
I've had a look at events in the south (was looking for 5ks) and then remembered a couple of people (mrqwest and greg) have already signed up for jigsaw5k.org.uk/ which is on 2 December (11am start so have time to get there) . I've just bitten the bullet and siged up for it too (need something to keep me going after Octobers 10k). Shall we make this our c25k meet up too? If so, everyone will need to register individually and then we can arrange to meet up pre / post run.
Let me know what you think.
Greg / Mrqwest look forward to seeing you there

Brilliant! Thanks Ali. I will do this and it's a great way for us to meet up...
I just went on to sign up and wondered if we should put down the NHS C25K as our affliated club? I don't know if we have a UKA affiliated registration number? I guess not, but does anyone know? (Did you put your home club Ali?)
Anyway, if anyone knows the answer to this let me know. It would be great if we all ran under the NHS C25K on this race!
Ok. I have clicked the unaffiliated box and under that it says 'Team name (optinal)' : could we still put 'NHS Couch to 5K' as a team name? What do people think?
Yep, that's when I'm in Manchester. Drat, would've loved a weekend round my old stomping ground. We could have run round the Top Gear track and visited the Woking martian and the site where The Tripods series was filmed... Maybe next time.
